Repairs

Our jewellery comes with a 1 year warranty which covers damage cause by manufacturing faults only. In the instance of a break caused by wear and tear, a repair fee will be incurred. The cost of the repair is dependent on an assessment.

 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your piece of jewellery for any reason you have 14 days from the date you received your order.

Please note we can only accept your return if your items are in their original condition with the jewellery pouch, and box. Bespoke jewellery, made to order or jewellery that has been resized, worn, used, altered or damaged due to wear and tear cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any pieces that do not meet the above requirements.

Shipping

For UK and EU deliveries we ship via FedEx.

International deliveries are shipped via FedEx. Please note, custom taxes and duties are the customers responsibility.

Your Sarah Noor jewellery will be delivered fully insured by our couriers and will arrive packaged in a discreet plain box.

We will always try and help you as much as possible, so please do inform us of any preferred delivery times or special requests.

Once we have despatched the goods that you have ordered, you become the legal owner of the goods and they will be held by you at your risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods caused. If your order is returned to us because delivery could not be effected for whatever reason then you will be responsible for the costs of delivery and any additional redelivery costs.

We will not be held responsible for any delays once we have dispatched goods and they are in possession of the courier, DHL or Royal Mail.
